Key Account Manager (M/F/D)

We are currently looking for a committed and technically skilled commercial employee (m/f/d) to join our sales team as soon as possible.

Our portfolio includes high-quality corrosion protection materials, adhesives and sealants, fillers, sprayable soundproofing products, and the appropriate application technology – developed to meet the highest demands in industry, automotive, and trade.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Identify, analyze, and acquire new customers
  • Analyze new customer segments and application areas
  • Provide personal customer support, including technical consulting and product demonstrations
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Set prices based on guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Prepare sales reports and perform related controlling tasks
  • Serve as an interface between internal departments

What You Bring

  • Qualified technical training or commercial education with technical expertise
  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the adhesives or corrosion protection industry
  • Project experience
  • Strong negotiation skills in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Self-motivated and independent working style
  • High level of goal orientation and performance motivation
  • Openness, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
