Your responsibilities at a glance
In this position, you will take on a central role in our marketing team and work closely with internal as well as external partners:

• Maintenance and administration of master data in the ERP system
• Verification, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing and posting of bank transactions, cash transactions, and other financial business activities
• Monitoring and reconciliation of outstanding items
• Management of the accounts receivable collection process, including communication with customers
• Preparation and issuance of payment reminders and dunning notices
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts
• Management and maintenance of fixed asset accounting
• Review and verification of employee travel expense reports
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assistance with the preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Preparation of analyses, reports, and statistical evaluations
• Support in budgeting and controlling activities
• Organization and management of financial accounting processes in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

What sets you apart

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus on accounting and finance, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable accounting
• Sound knowledge of tax regulations and commercial law principles
• Proficiency in using ERP systems as well as common Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
